Barre Movement® A dynamic hour using barre isometrics followed by fun, fast, and exhilarating cardio movement. Each class will focus on strengthening parts of the body that only barre and dance can offer while grooving to upbeat music and will leave you sweating and with a new moves to show off! This class is great for beginners as well as dance and fitness enthusiasts!
Cardio Jam A fast paced hour of cardio, strength, and dance! No dance skills required for this fun, follow-along class. Expect to sweat, smile, laugh, and strengthen the whole body while rocking out to fun music. Great for all levels.
Barre Body This class will be a mix of core, barre, and flexibility work with dynamic movement and isometrics. It is designed to help sculpt your core and booty while lengthening stiff and tight muscles.
BarreBells An intense hour of full body barre isometrics with a weight training component integrating kettle bells to achieve a higher heart rate, build muscle, and torch more fat. This class includes isometrics, strength training, and cardio through dynamic movements with your body weight, resisitance bands, and kettle bells.
Willpower IGNITE Barre, Pilates, Cardio, Yoga and upper body strength class. Body weight training class, bare feet encouraged. Highly recommended for all levels and beginners.
