Hiit Jam A fast paced hour of cardio, strength, and dance! No dance skills required for this fun, follow-along class. Expect to sweat, smile, laugh, and strengthen the whole body while rocking out to fun music. Great for all levels.
Barre Bells An intense hour of full body barre isometrics with a weight training component integrating kettle bells to achieve a higher heart rate, build muscle, and torch more fat. This class includes isometrics, strength training, and cardio through dynamic movements with your body weight, resisitance bands, and kettle bells.
Cardio Sculpt An interval style training class designed to get the heart beating fast and sweat dripping! You can expect to see weight training, plyometrics, body weight training, and cardiovascular endurance exercises throughout this fun upbeat class. Modifcations can always be made for beginners or women in need of accommodations.
